Yes. Every Website Care plan includes fully managed hosting in a UK data centre, so there’s no separate hosting bill.
Do you look after sites you didn’t build?
Yes. We’ll take a look first to check it’s in good shape, and let you know if anything needs fixing before we go live on Spectacle.
What counts as a content edit?
Changing text or images, adding a news post, updating prices or opening hours. Bigger jobs, like new pages or features, we’ll quote for first.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Unused time resets each month.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Move up when things get busy, or down when they’re quiet.
Do I have to move my domain to you?
No. We’re not a domain host, and we’d rather focus on what we do best. We just point your domain at your new hosting. We recommend all our customers manage their domain’s DNS through Cloudflare, for its reliability and its security and performance benefits.
Will my site go offline during the move?
Your current site keeps running while we copy and test the new one. The switch-over itself is planned for a quiet time, and we check everything straight after. In very rare cases some downtime may be needed, but our team will confirm this and plan it with you.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Pay monthly or annually (annual plans get 2 months free) and cancel any time. We’ll keep your site online until your plan ends.
